About theJuice Goose SRA-20000 2000VA / 1400W SRA Series On-Line Simulated Sine Wave Rackmount UPS
The Juice Goose SRA-20000 is a high-capacity, rack-mountable uninterruptible power supply (UPS) designed to provide robust backup power and advanced line conditioning for critical equipment in professional AV, broadcast, IT, and data center environments. As an “on-line” UPS, it continuously converts incoming AC power to DC and then back to a clean, stable AC output, providing the highest level of protection against all common power problems: blackouts, brownouts, sags, surges, and electrical noise. Its simulated sine wave output is engineered to be compatible with the vast majority of modern electronic equipment, including sensitive servers, networking gear, digital audio consoles, and video processors, ensuring they remain operational during short outages and shut down gracefully during extended power failures. With a substantial 2000VA/1400W rating, this UPS can support a significant load of equipment for a defined runtime, which is extendable with optional external battery packs. Its online double-conversion technology ensures zero transfer time to battery power, guaranteeing seamless protection. The unit incorporates comprehensive management features, including an LCD display for real-time status monitoring of input/output voltage, load percentage, battery capacity, and estimated runtime. It offers both USB and network connectivity (via an optional network management card) for remote monitoring, configuration, and graceful shutdown of connected servers through standard network management protocols.Housed in a 2U or 3U rack-mountable steel chassis, the SRA-20000 is built for reliability in 24/7 installations. It includes a sufficient number of IEC outlets, often with both battery-backed and surge-only sections. By combining pure online power conditioning with substantial battery backup, this UPS provides a complete power protection solution that safeguards against data loss, equipment damage, and system downtime, making it a cornerstone of infrastructure for mission-critical systems.
